From the Young Eagles Website:
Soar High With The Young Eagles!
“By experiencing a Young Eagle flight, you'll join the more than 700,000 Young Eagles who have entered the wild blue yonder. Our goal is to have 1,000,000 young people grace the skies by the 100th anniversary of flight in the year 2003! EAA wants to offer everyone between the ages of ages 8 and 17 an opportunity to fly in a private airplane with a qualified pilot.”
